Hey! My name is Melody.

I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in Iowa, serving the Southeast Iowa and Northeast Missouri area. My main photography focus is capturing images that preserve your special moments and events for a lifetime. My photography style is moody, filmic, and natural. I use natural light as much as possible and use unposed-style prompts, to create photo sessions that are fun and relaxed while still capturing you in a meaningful and beautiful way.

You can navigate to pages for wedding or elopement photography, portrait photography (family photo sessions, senior photo sessions, engagement photo sessions, etc.), or creative photo sessions. I am based out of Cantril in Van Buren County, Iowa (a little area in the Southeast region of Iowa near the Missouri line, filled with gorgeous places and lots of artisans). I currently offer photography, cakes, florals and creative direction.
