You will receive all of the images from your wedding day in an online gallery where you will be able to download the files and save them forever. From this gallery you will also be able to share them with family and friends, create favorites lists, and purchase fine art prints and wall art. I strongly encourage that you get your photos printed and highly recommend Artifact Uprising (prints, photo books, and photo gifts), Smallwood Home (wall art) and ZNO (photo books).

Second: For a full wedding day package, I will bring an assistant with me to tag team throughout the day. They will take photos at different angles and we will swap out for breaks. If it does not feel important to you to have an extra photographer, mention it to me in your inquiry and we can discuss the pros and cons! I offer a reduced full-day price when not working with an assistant, but there will be fewer images overall and the possibility of more missed moments.

Associate: If you live farther away than I am able to travel, or you inquire for a date that I am booked, we can discuss the possibility of working with an associate photographer. This will be a photographer + second that has a similar style to my own who I will employ to photograph the wedding day. You and I will still do all of the correspondence & planning, and I will edit the photos in my personal style and deliver your gallery. This option has a reduced rate as well since I am not able to contribute my personal artistry to the photos themselves.

Travel costs are additional to photography package costs. My travel policy is that weddings over 90 miles from Cantril, IA will have a travel cost as I will need overnight lodgings in that event. In the event of a morning wedding, travel costs may be required, even if the wedding location is less than 90 miles away. Travel costs are custom quoted and are based on local lodging cost, driving/flight cost, meal cost, and time spent traveling cost. My policy is that I will make all of my own travel arrangements.

Each package has a predetermined amount of time that is considered total time on location. This time begins when I arrive at your first photo location. For Elopements and Micro Weddings, this time can be split into two sections. For Weddings, this time must be all consecutive, even if there are periods of downtime during the day. The total time on location for each package is as follows: Elopements—up to 5 hours, Micro Weddings—up to 6 hours, Weddings—up to 9 hours. I will leave your wedding when the time limit has been met or we agree that I have captured all of the meaningful parts of the day.
